Some women feel ashamed that nursing doesn’t come “naturally” to them. We shouldn’t be.

If you’re lucky enough to live in a time where our brains have invented ways to help our bodies close the gap, then you should accept that help with pride and not shame. That doesn’t diminish your personal efforts, and it doesn’t taint the end result. You feed your baby, and you don’t have to let your soul be sucked dry.”
